The use of drones in commercial applications is booming, but
regulations are still evolving. The FAA (Federal Aviation
Administration) is actively regulating drone operations to ensure
safety in the National Airspace (NAS). Drones are permitted to fly
in "Class G" airspace (unregulated) under 400 feet and away from
airports or restricted zones. Stay within these limits and follow
safety guidelines, and you're good to go!
Safety is our top priority, especially on construction sites. Our
drone operators are fully trained for high-risk environments and
wear the necessary PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). We conduct
pre-flight safety briefings, use spotters for real-time
coordination, and implement geofencing technology to keep drones out
of restricted areas. We ensure safety and quality by assigning
additional drone pilots only when necessary, maintaining a focus on
optimal operation and risk management during each shoot.
Safety is at the heart of everything we do. While we're fully
authorized to fly, we never take that privilege lightly. Our pilots
are highly trained professionals with extensive experience across a
wide range of equipment and environments—from filming high-energy
kayak races on the Mystic River to capturing dynamic indoor shots at
rock-climbing gyms. For jobs that require two drone operators, the
Inspire 2 allows one pilot to focus on flying the drone while the
other operates the camera. This approach ensures the highest level
of safety, as the pilot can concentrate solely on the drone's
operation, while the camera operator captures the perfect shot. For
indoor shoots, we also use quadcopters equipped with rotor guards
for extra protection. Whether shooting outdoors or indoors, our goal
is to deliver breathtaking footage without compromising on safety.
Based in Orlando, Florida, we provide drone photography and
videography services throughout Central Florida. We also cover other
areas in Florida and are available to travel for national or
international projects. We ask that travel expenses be covered, but
there's no extra charge for our services beyond that.
Absolutely! Your satisfaction is our goal. If you're not happy with
the results, we'll work with you to fix it. If the issue is on our
end, we'll return to the site for a reshoot at no additional cost
(excluding travel expenses).
We operate up to 400 feet above ground level (AGL) in compliance
with FAA regulations. However, flight altitude may vary based on
airspace restrictions and your specific project requirements to
capture the perfect shot.
After your shoot, we'll provide you with Google Drive links to
review your photos and videos. Once you're satisfied and final
payment is received, the high-resolution files will be available for
download at your convenience.
Yes, we require a 20% downpayment to secure your booking and confirm
the details. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the
shoot, before final deliverables are provided.
